WARRANTY & GUARANTEES
All WRAP-N-GUARD products carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you purchase a WRAP-N-GUARD product and are not satisfied with the product, you can return it undamaged in the original box within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price minus a 20% cleaning and restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Any and all shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier. We will however assist you to the best of our abilities to resolve any problems that may occur during shipping.
RAKK INDUSTRIES INC is not responsible for any damage that occurs through misuse or negligence. Harsh chemical cleaners will damage various metals so RAKK INDUSTRIES recommends that you only use mild detergents and wash WRAP-N-GUARD products by hand.
Logoed panels should never be placed in a dishwasher. They should always be washed by hand with a very mild cleaner. Should you have any questions as to the care of our products, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@wrapnguard.com.
